१४ सितुमबर ,अथवा हिन्दी दिवस , आज सुबह जब में टाईम्स ऑफ़इंडिया के प्रस्ट टटोल रहा था , तोह एक कही कोने में मुझे पता चला कीआज हमारे हिंदुस्तान में सबसे ज्यादा बोले जाने वाली अथवा हमारी मात्रभाषा हिन्दी को समरपित हिन्दी दिवस है। यह आशचर्य की बात नहीहम में से ९९% लोग इस बात से अवगत नही होंगे की आज हिन्दी दिवस है। हमारे अन्दर का भारतियेह इनताबदल चुका है की , अपनी इस पहचान को प्रस्तुत करने में शर्माता है , आखिर क्यों ? सिर्फ़ इसलिए की यह फैशननही है, यह डिस्को में नही बोली जाती, युवाओ में इसका चलन नही है या यह हमारी पेर्सोनालिटी को शीण करती है। तोह मैं आपको एक बात से अवगत करा दू कि दुनिया में जितने भी विकसित देश है वह सरे अपनी मात्र भाषा कोअपनी पहचान बनाते है, ना की किसी और की भाषा को अपनी पहचान ।

मैं इस बात के खिलाफ ऩही हूँ की दुनिया की दूसरी भाषाएँ सीखने और प्रयोग करने में कोई बुराई है लेकिन अपनीमात्र भाषा को ही श्रंभंगुर कर देने ,किसी विशिस्ट की पहचान नही , जहाँ के बांके और पूत पूरी दुनिया में विख्यातहै।
कुछ सुझाव, मैं इस उपलक्ष में जरुर देना चाहुगा जैसे क्यूँ ना हम यह प्रण ले कि जो भी हमारे देश का उत्पादन होता है उसपर हम "मेड इन इंडिया " कि मोहर कि जगह " भारतियेह उत्पाद " कि मोहर लगाए , जैसे हमारे चीनी भाईसदियो से कर रहे है।

हेल्लो-HI कि जगह नमस्ते या "क्या हाल चाल " का चलन करे , मैं कुछ हद तक हमारे नेता (राज) से सहमत हूँ जिन्होंने कुछ राज्यों में हर दुकान का नाम अंग्रजी व् हिन्दी दोनों में लिखने के नियम बनाये है। उक्त सिर्फ़ कुछउधारण मात्र है, सीमाए अनंत है , सिर्फ़ एक नई उड़ान मात्र बाकि है.

समीकरण अगर करे तोह , बस यही कहना चाहुगा कि पहचान खोना आत्मा के अस्तित्व को खोना है , क्यों ना हमसब मिलके के हमारे अपने हिन्दी १.० , श्रेणी के उत्पादक बाजार में प्रस्तुत करे, आईये साथ मिलके शुरात करते हैकुछ अलग करने कि , कुछ नया करने कि, हमारी मात्रभाषा को नई पहचान देने की। ,

"PENDU" People

"PENDU" the word originated from the language Punjabi, its direct meaning is dumb Villager. I think all of us behave like PENDUs do, in atleast a few quarters of a day.Be it crossing the road on a Green light signal , or parking just in front of No parking board, How casual we are isin't or should i say PENDUs . what an irony , I myself being behaving like one atleast 10 times a day is writing this blog, U know accepting ones guilt is the best way to confess.

Our Mr PENDU, can come in any avatar in front of you , and one fine day if its your own D day , u urself would be the avatar. Be it a " who let the dogs out " ringtone by our own Mr Mishra ji or dealing with shares at dalal street, Mr Gupta, why can't we realise we are unknowingly entering someone else comfort zone .the other day I saw a person Spitting from his window , eventually on a Honda Civic, But We Indian feel pride in doing it , commiting it over an over again , even in living our self PENDUs life.

Take e.g of our own neighbour Mrs sharma, the living queen I must say in PENDUgiri, she can beat any tom dick and harry in it, her PENDU wealth ranges from asking a cup of sugar from us everyday to, relentlessly being with her fan following Anita ji , kavita ji and sunita ji and having gossip at someones Funeral about the matching Sandals to the white saree, to having a costom made personalised FISH market at home , where SAAS BAHU " K " soaps are played on home theater , their so called "Hamara apna Cinema". bull shit.

Being PENDU a few time is no harm my fren,but living it everyday is a Fatal.The other day I broke signal , and was feeling heroic about it,What a PENDU act isint , But you know if i keep on narrating You all of this , IT will not help much and u may end up saying "ARE SAB KARTE HAI YAAR" . ... PENDUGIRI and PENDUPANTI is a infinite act of foolishness lived with pride.I hope I am not sounding ONE.

How much does it matter?

The teenagers in India has surpassed the level of romantic quotient of mind, and sneaked through the cracks to the land of higher practical quotient. Simply because they have started asking questions, thinking more rationally, risking more frequently and taking charge by control of their own life. I think most of you today would prefer anurag kashyap’s Gulal to suraj barjatia’s and yashraj’s mushy romantic stuffs. But the question is how does this change in attitude matters to the country, whose elite panel of politicians is busy making publicity gimmicks and earning out of unending discussion over a dead man. Who may or may not have divided the boundaries of the country half a century ago.

Why can’t our leaders be futuristic? , there is so much to do but unfortunately no one to do. Why can’t we select the top 1% from the 100 billion of us, just because the youth of today has “who gives a damn to the politician” attitude. But unless we select our own, we cannot ask for a better democracy, it’s being ruled by the dacoits of the power and would be ruled by it in coming years where top politicians are not even graduated from a reputed college.

The question remain the same “ how much does it matter”, where one live in a land where the police charges you to even make and FIR for a lost I-Phone , where you are judged by the face ,that you are a rich brat and you must be spoiled one. All of us want to have that little extra fun, a lil more adventure in life not by guiding our self motivation oneself to take the right decision for the country, for society But by doping one extra joint or raving inside out.

There is one simple reason to why west is been hit by severe financial debacle , we all call it CREDIT CARD, the teens , the families in the west had an unending habit of engrossing in EMIs , and crediting more and more money from the banks. Unfortunately we in India is not as hit by the storm as they had been, because there is small % of country’s population which uses EMIs exaggeratedly unfortunately the number are exponentially growing up. If one ask us why do you need to take an extra pair of jeans from SS, we say how does it matter ? “Credit Card hain na”

Assertions made above are very few , but they are big enough to raise ones grey cells to someextent. We all need to think about this question , no matter if it is global warming, AIDS, H1N1, defense , government, country… any thing. Just ask yourself HOW DOES IT MATTER and if you get a satisfactory answer , go do what you want to.
